Hi. Going to oncologist on Friday to discuss whether chemotherapy will now be part of my treatment. I have read about wigs on this site and saw that the voucher amount depends on your health authority. Does anyone know what the value is in East Lancashire? Thanks
Hi, sorry I don’t where I am (Scotland) we are entitled to a free wig every 6 months. I have just collected mine and was surprised at the choice and how good it looked. Hope all goes well for you though xxx
Hi there are definitely ladies from Lancashire on the forum ,hopefully one of them will know or you could ring your BC nurse and ask might as well have all the information .I was told there is a wonderful wig shop in Chorley run by a lady who has had breast cancer herself -that maybe a bit far for you ?
