You could also call our helpline at 0808 800 6000 who will be able to talk to you about support groups near you and offer a friendly ear. The opening hours are below.

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

I live in Lancaster so would be good to meet up with anyone in a similar situation. I was diagnosed a year ago but could do with a chat with someone who knows what this is like.
