Hi any ladies out there with tumours in the axilla? Have you had radiotherapy?

I have a tumour in my right axilla along with a breast lump that side. I had to have chemo prior to surgery to shrink the tumours. I am scheduled for surgery next week to have both lumps removed. I have lymphoedema in my right arm because of the axillary tumour which I am told will get worse after surgery. I have been told I will require radiotherapy afterwards to make doubly sure that everything has gone.
Have you had surgery and/or chemo yet? I would imagine radiotherapy is pretty standard, but very tiring so I’ve been told.
