Does anyone have personal experience of this? It’s been suggested as my best option by one surgeon. I’m not keen on an implant (don’t know why) though another surgeon thinks I’d be fine for LD flap with one. I had radiotherapy 10 years ago, and mastectomy last November, followed by chemo.

I had an IGAP which is what I think you’re referring to. They take fat and skin from the crease of your buttock and form a breast out of that. I’m really pleased with the results and am having the other side done in a few months. It is major surgery and I felt pretty rough after but the result is certainly worth it.
