does anyone have a problem with infections following surgery? i had a mastectomy in june and ended up on massive doses of antibiotics. they cured the boils, but gave me thrush. i had another infedtion after alc, and was 3 days in hospital on iv antibiotics. i was discharger yesterday, but am now running a temperature and the scar is hot , hard and tight. anyone else experienced this? i don't know what to do. i don't want to go to a&e, and my dctor is shut. help
