One more for the tally. One right boob, in Oxfordshire, diagnosed Jan 08 and Mastectomy 3 days ago. I won't talk about the wheather as I am not a Brit....
Aha! I thought I'd do a tally this afternoon but you've beaten me to it, jal7777!
So - the 'lefts' have it.

Hey Julie and Lisa
Another Left Dx December Grade 3 Triple neg when first diagnosed 05 now HER2+ on recurrence last August.
Blooming cold in Nottingham
Im Left side DX Dec 07.
Its wet and cold in Stockport !!!
Def a sofa day (had chemo yesterday so a good excuse!!!)
Yes there are more lefties!!!
I'm a right, but that boob has given me trouble my whole life - always painful with periods, got mastitis when breast feeding, and developed a cyst 4 years ago. So I was not surprised to get the diagnosis last August. A funny thing, my nipple had been numb for a year, and I never thought about it. After surgery the feeling came back so I suppose the tumour must have been pressing on the nerve for quite a while. Well.... wet and wild up here on the edge of the Lake District. All that clear sky I was looking forward to seeing the eclipse (often wide awake by 4 a.m) but of course clouds came over!
love, Lynette x
p.s June - the wind ALWAYS blows in Blackpool
There is another thread somewhere about this.
Night time now but was rather sunny with bit of cloud.
Us Brits can't help talking about the weather, can we ;o) !
There's nothing like a bit of competition to get us all posting, either.
I'm a lefty, Jan 08, Nottingham with GSOH. WLTM ......
Better day today, a bit warmer and all the spring flowers have popped their heads up again.
Is anyone counting left v right by the way?
Right dx Nov 07, I think the same as BC awareness is everywhere in Sept.
Freezing here in Hartlepool and has not got above -1 for two days.
Love to all
Im right side , dx in Oct, but knew in Sept..just on hols!
Maybe more aware in sept/oct due to publicity re Breast Cancer Awareness month, every magazine you read (beside the pool!)
Freezing and foggy in Belfast
Right side- diagnosed October 2006. Weather here in Shropshire today hasbeen freezing, foggy and then sunny.
This is a really nice thread. We're all over the place aren't we?
Hey Sally - SNAP! Left side diagnosed February 2007 (exactly one year today actually!!!)
Lovely sunny day in Surrey.
Right side. Diagnosed August 2003 (as result of first mammogram).
Freezing fog all day here in Leicestershire as well! Bring back the sun I say.
Left side - diagnosed October. I was told left more common and my own theory about the September/October is that, after the kids go back to school Mums have more time to be concerned about their own health and get themselves down to the GP.
I'm left (diagnosed 1995) and the majority of our support group ladies are lefties.
Blummin' cold here in Cambridgeshire - hasn't got above 1 degree all day and fog!
left side dx '99
right side dx dec '06
Derby Very cold & frosty.
Roadrunner - my sister lives in mountsorrel, what a small world!

RoadRunner-I went to Rothley Primary School and then High School in Birstall!!
Left side and DX in Oct but there again I am normally late for most things!!
Very sunny in Fareham
I'm left, diagnosed Sept 05. Mind you, I didn't mention the massive lump under my arm until the August so I suppose it was a quick dx.
Very bright and sunny here in Stockport 🙂
Good luck to us all.
I don't see many posts from Leicestershire. I'm sitting in my office in Mountsorrel (between Rothley & Loughborough) looking out at the frosty trees.
