legal position if employer provides misinformation?
Does anyone know the ans to this If an employer provides misinformation to an employee (who has bc and is covered by DDA) about how phased return works and takes quite a few weeks to inform the employee about the misinformation, this having financial implications for the employee.........is there any recourse under DDA? Eg lack of due diligence, lack of care not checking info leading to financial disadvantage? Any employment lawyers out there with bc? Help please... Seabreeze
