Hi! Sorry to hear you've had so much work for no result. I've had lipofil that didn't work..... and only the once as it was so painful I won't be rushing back for more. I'm not sure what an igap recon is though, sorry, it's been a while since I was hanging around on the forum, my surgery was over 4 years ago, so not up to date with the lastest procedures.
I have a capsulated impant, so look like I have a small shrivelled boob on one side, but to be honest, I just want to get on with my life, and as long as I can balance the look (which I do with a small prosthesis) I've stopped caring about how it looks. I do feel sad when I look at it, and it feels odd, rock hard and lumpy at the edges. But what keeps me going these days is my horse, and he doesn't care - and any more surgery would mean months off riding, and I'm past the point of caring.
Have you talked to your surgeon? Are there any other options?
