"Hidden effects" - confusing or helpful?

Please see my post and AnnaBCC’s reply here:

I just wondered if we could start a discussion - is it helpful, or confusing, to have a topic such as “hidden effects” or “body image” covering both primary and secondary bc?  Any thoughts… what would WE mets ladies (any mets gents around??) like to see for Awareness Day 2015?  I think it should be OUR idea (or at least something selected by BCC from OUR choices/suggestions) rather than a does-she-take sugar approach.

I realise this might seem critical of BCC, and I’m grateful for the higher profile of metastatic/secondary bc in 2014.  But let’s build on what is good, and improve it next year!
