stabbing pain in armpit?

Hi,

Had mastectomy and recon. ( expander ) 10 weeks ago. I was fine(ish), then last night started with these annoying tiny stabbing pains in my armpit on affected side. Anybody else had these?

Hi, I’m 2 years post diagnosis, surgery etc. I still get stabbing pains where I had my lymph nodes out, also nerve pain and some stabbing from the radiotherapy every few weeks. I’ve been told it could be another year before the pain from the rads goes and that the rest is the cut nerves trying to find their endings and rejoin - they can’t so they hit the wrong ones and this caused the pain. I did a return flight to Belfast this week and my bad upper arm went numb on both journeys.
