Can anyone advise me please. I have a very small lump, almost feels like a mosquito bite! It isn’t though. It feels near the surface of the breast, but when I press on it I think I feel a pea-like shape.

It doesn’t matter how small your lump is, you need to see your GP and try to get a referral to the breast clinic. You just can’t leave it as you won’t be able to relax or enjoy life not knowing. It might just be a cyst, in which case it will be easily dealt with so you have nothing to lose by finding out.
