hi christine - my op was just over 4 wks ago and underarm area has only really in the last week improved a lot - didn't do anything different it did it in its own...keep doing the exercises....mine i the same, numb & sore at the same time....mary x

hi ime christine, 53, just had my 2nd op 2 weeks ago, main pain is under my arm, feels tight, numb, painful all at the same time, how long does this last.
