Has anyone else been advised of this, I was just told routinely at my appointment with onc, although I had asked after my pathology report came back and was told there wasn’t any.
My diagnosis now is grade 3, 2 nodes one with macro and one with micro and now the vascular invasion although she did say no lymphatic invasion.

Sounds similar to me (multi-focal IDC, vascular invasion, one palpable node and 2 others with micro-invasions but I also had lymphatic invasion). As far as could be ascertained, there was no spread to other parts of the body. I had a mastectomy and axillary clearance, chemo and radiotherapy and am doing well with no evidence of disease nearly 5 years later.
Not sure what stage you’re at with all this but I wish you all the best and I hope that your oncologist and/or Breast Care Clinical Nurse Specialist are able to answer any further questions which you may have.
