Hi just had bilatral mascetomy , m.r.i ,bone scan and have c.t scan on monday , was wondering if anyone eles has had results as waiting mine and some people are saying you need x-rays after bone scans as they might find hot spot ??? josie1 bev

I had a x ray at the beginning of this year and then a bone scan,i was convinced something must have shown up om the x ray and now needed confirming with a bone scan.Fortunatly it came back ok.It’s awful waiting for results,i’m waiting for my mammagram results at the moment.Wishing you all the best for your results.

i had bone scan yesterday, before they injected the dye, they said that i may need to have further x rays after the scan and they would be done on same day, once the scan was completed they said i didn’t need further xrays, so doesn’t sound as though you need any more
i’m waiting for date for ct scan, and they said that the consulatant who requested the tests would contact you regarding the results, once all test were completed
