winged scapula.... anyone had one ??

Dont suppose anyones had this issue with shoulder?? Doing exercises but can anyone with experience advise if these actually help??

Hello just seen your post and was wondering how you are doing ? I have a winged scapula as a result of surgery and am in absolute agony , doing the exercises physio has given me but to be honest it makes it more painful , would love to hear from you about how things have progressed for you
