A balanced and healthy diet along with regular physical exercise is important for everyone, but when you’re due to start treatment for breast cancer it’s not uncommon to wonder whether there’s anything else you should do.
There is no specific food type or exercise you should be doing ahead of your mastectomy and reconstruction. However, you might find our information on diet during breast cancer treatment and exercise during and after treatment useful.
