Hi I think I am going out of my mind, last blood test showed. Elevated Liver can you tel me what this means, I have bone cancer had treatments was on Ibrance but wasn’t working so Oncologist put me on Exemestreme which can cause the Liver to go wrong. Thanks.

It can be worrying to have a blood test result outside of the normal range
A liver blood test looks at different things so it’s hard to say what your result means. Also, there are different reasons why something might be elevated.
Exemestane can cause certain liver changes, but these are quite rare.
I wonder if you have had the opportunity to talk about these results with your breast care nurse, oncologist or GP. They can explain what it means for you.
