Thanks for posting.
Although our Helpline is open on a Saturday we respond to Forum posts Monday- Friday.
It’s not something you need to worry about as such but you would need to get this checked out as soon as possible if you haven’t done so already. Pain and warmth can be signs of infection which can develop spontaneously. If it is infected it’s important to get seen and start treatment promptly
Perhaps you have rung 111 as Jill1998 suggested and you may already have seen an out of hour’s doctor or nurse practitioner. If not do contact your GP surgery and ask for an urgent appointment. If you are unable to get a GP appointment then you could attend your nearest urgent care centre.
If we can help with anything else, do call our free, confidential Helpline if you would like to talk this through or have any further questions. The number is 0808 800 6000.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm and 9am -1pm on Saturday. Out of hours you can leave a message and we will call you back when we next open.

I'm not a medic - wouldn't be any harm in getting some advice over the phone from 111 -there may be something they could suggest to help or be able to re-assure you .
Hi Barly, the nurses will be back on duty tomorrow morning so you won't get a reply till then .If you are worried you could maybe ring NHS 111 for advice .Do you feel unwell ? Could you possibly have an infection ?
I had a mastectomy and breast implant reconstruction in Jan 2017 ..... with very few problems - sat on the sofa tonight and my breast is extremely painful when I move or use my right arm and also feels warm (it’s always cold) I’ve taken pain relief- should I be worried!?!? X
