I’ve done 7 out of 15 and I too feel very emotional at times. Yesterday three people rang the bell and I really struggled not to sob openly. You’re not alone and I think we’re on a really emotional journey so just hang on in there and look after yourself.
No, it's normal. I used to get in the car and burst into tears - never got used to it. Used to count down the sessions on my calendar. Only smiled at the end of last session, and your last one will soon come round. Thinking of you.
