I am also not an instructor, I am an ordinary amateur who goes to the gym to pump up my body, to acquire the desired shape, for example, to pump up my back and arms, this is mostly, but I remember those times when I could not lose weight and gain muscle mass ... After all, it turned out to be much more difficult than it seemed. After long trainings, classes with a trainer, swimming in the pool, I could not lose everything early as much as I wanted. And my coach advised me to try the steroid SARM, because there were no other options left and it turned out to be a 100% option. I was very lucky and lost some extra weight in a couple of months. But before using them, I read in more detail here https://www.ceasar-boston.org/sr9009-dosage-and-results/ so that there are no side effects.
I'm due for lumpectomy on 16th January, and just wondered if anyone does a similar job? I know that everybody is saying that I have to completely focus on myself, but I can't help but worry about my business, and what will happena as I'm totally self reliant..I work in Spain and sick pay is pretty much non-existent. Were you able to get back to some kind of teaching after the first suregry phase(of course I know that my upper body will be sore but I can talk a good class!) Any chat would be really appreciated, thank you xx
