Breast pain... Advice please

Hi everyone. 

I had BC in 2012 and had a mastectomy, chemo etc. 

 

I now have breast pain in my good breast. I’m 58 so passed the menopause so don’t expect it will be a cyst. It is one area of the breast and really hurts when I press on it but can’t feel a lump. Has anyone else had breast pain like this? Feeling slightly scared and would welcome any feedback.
