Glad you found something suitable. I have a prosthetic doodah to pad out the remaining side if I feel I need a lift sometimes... ! They are fab.

Hi, thanks for this, managed to get 2 silver Royce P/S bras from Amazon- hopefully they’ll be fine, at this stage after first surgery my good boob will be the same size so I need a bra to fit now, they’re going to give me a prosthetic doodah to bulk out surgery side x
Hi Kip, many thanks for replying , I’ve finally managed to get a couple of random, hopefully comfortable bras from Amazon, as I said supermarket and stores such as M&S simply don’t do bigger cup sizes☹️ Xx
Good morning - sorry to hear your news.
I found the bralettes slightly awkward post surgery as you have to pull them on over your head - and I was sore in my surgical wounds (having said that, the main troublesome wound was the sentinal node biopsy - which you aren't having i see). I would recommend a front fastening bra if you have the choice therefore. but, basically something soft that stops you swinging everywhere (you won't be out running around for a couple of days or so!): M&S?
Hi, I'm slightly different to you in that I had a mastectomy (no recon) as mine are little'uns! I found a good range in Asda (But you can only get them online).. might be worth a look though. I had some very soft front fastening ones for immediately after surgery (sort of sports bra looking but with hooks and eyes at the front). I am not sure what size they go up to though but they aren't expensive and they also do swimwear and other bits and bobs too.. although as you will have a fab new pair of boobs you won't need the pockets etc. Aemona have nice ones but they are very expensive. Also Marks n Spencer do very soft bralets, although Primark do too.

Hi, welcome to the journey! I am currently also waiting for surgery, due to have it next week. I was recommended to get Silver Royce post surgical bra. I found it online with a firm called “Uplifted”. The surgeon should tell you what size you will need following surgery before you place an order. Let us know how you get on, it can be a whirlwind at this stage.
Hi, I was diagnosed four days ago, DCIS, thought it would be a lumpectomy but surgeon said its a good job my boobs are so big otherwise it would have been a mastectomy! I was shocked to say the least! So the plan is two weeks tomorrow I will have a wide excision thingy but with breast reduction and reconstruction at the same time. I'm currently a 38GG and my biggest worry at the moment is trying to get a bra that will be comfortable post surgery. The breast nurse told me not to spend a fortune on a bra or sports bralette, just pop to Tesco or Asda she said!! I don't know about other large breasted ladies but I haven't been able to buy a supermarket bra for decades!! I will be having radiotherapy then the good breast will be reduced to 'match'. Any bra advice gratefully accepted x
