We got the oncotype back today and it is saying 23% chance of recurrence. Chemo recommended. I feel like I am on pins and needles waiting to get clobbered at some point. Not sure how to absorb all this.

I didn’t have the oncotype score done because my cancer is HER2 + I knew I’d be having chemo from the start.
Chemo is hard, there’s no denying it but there are more good days than bad and you get through it. The medication they give you helps and everyone is amazing at both hospitals I’ve attended for my chemo.
Once you get your head around it and a plan in place you will be fine.
