Hi there toughcookie,

What a truly awful situation to be in, I'm so sorry for the suffering you must be enduring at the time of being pregnant, I honestly can't imagine how hard it must be. I haven't experienced what you are going through either, but there have been threads from others who have, and I've certainly read and replied to some myself. You could try a forum search to see what comes up....or just 'hang' here and see if anyone reads this and has been there. There is also the 'younger women and breast cancer' page on this forum, though it doesn't seem as active as some of the other areas, but you might find some threads on there of interest.

Sorry I can not help with regard to direct experience of pregnancy and breast cancer. Hopefully someone will come along soon who can share direct experience. However,  I just saw your post and I just wanted to wish you all the best for the future.

I’ve recently been diagnosed with grade 3 ductal carcinoma in left breast. I was 23 weeks pregnant welhen diagnosed. I’ve now had a mastectomy and am awaiting the results to see if it’s in the lymph nodes and the extent of the cancer in the breast. They haven’t done any imaging apart from ultrasound due to the pregnancy. I feel like my life is in limbo as they will decide about delivering the baby early or chemotherapy etc on Thursday! The wait is agonising! I also have two children 8 and 6 and I’m a only 32. I’m looking for advice and if anyone is in a similar position to me and what treatment was needed. Thanks in advance xxx
