Hi all, I had left breast mastectomy in November 2018 and finished radiotherapy on 29th January 2019.
Feel fine but have been told to wait a month before I can go back swimming (Chlorine irritation)
What about skipping, need some exercise and to lose weight, but not sure about the jumping. Can I do any harm?
