Can I ask ladies who are on tamoxifin what vitamins they take if any. I am looking to improve my joint pain, strengthen my nails and boost my immune system but I am unsure what I can take…many thanks x
Hi Shannara - I’m also on Tamoxifen and I take a combined calcium/vitamin D tablet, prescribed by my consultant. I’ve found pharmacists really helpful when I’ve wanted to know what I can safely take with Tamoxifen. All the best, Evie xx

I take Tamoxifen and I have Zoladex injections. I’m only a couple of months in with both though. I saw my oncologist yesterday and he recommended Evening Primrose Oil. I was already taking cod liver oil with Vitamin D and he suggested Glucosamine too. I feels like a lot to be taking but I did double check with him and he said its fine.
