First off, if you feel this way for a while, please go for a check-up, you never know, something might be wrong with your health. When it comes to advice on getting over how you feel, even if you don't feel like it, try to be a bit more active. Do some exercise at home, 20-30 minutes of yoga, push-ups, whatever you prefer.
