Hi. Anyone else on 75mg and still struggling with fatigue? I’ve been on lower dose for nearly 2 weeks now and that tired today I’m in bed exhausted. No energy to do anything! Surely this is not right? I’m wondering if I need extra iron. I’ve started taking extra supplements but it’s not kicking in yet! Does the palbo take a bit longer to start to take effect maybe? I’m just fed up feeling wiped out.
Hi, I’ve just had the dose decreased to 75mg because of low neutrophil counts and I am still feeling very tired. It’s reasonably ok in the mornings but I often drop off to sleep in the afternoon. Maybe some of it is stress, not sure. Hopefully we will both stabilise and the tiredness will gradually get better. The oncologist says that this lower dose is still ok with regards to clinical effectiveness. Sending you a (((hug))) ?
