Same here, on it since Dec 2020. Can have occasional drink gin, wine etc, but mostly drink herb teas hot or cold. With fatigue feel like 75%, mornings better, evenings want to go to bed at 9! Still as long as stay stable!

Thanks for your reply.

I've just started cycle 15 and waiting for Pet scan to see if still stable. Side effects, dry eye, wet eye; cold sores due to low immunity; fatigue. But worth it if working! Ling may it continue to work for you!

Re: Palbociclib & Fulvestrant

I’m on this cocktail and my liver met has almost disappeared, 18mm to indiscernible at my first 3 month scan, lung mets shrunk but not by as much so it seems to be working for me. I have a glass or two of wine once a week, red wine gives me hot flushes but I can cope with that for 1 night. My side effects have been minimal, hair thinning and dry eyes but that’s all. I was told I could take paracetamol if I needed any but I didn’t ask about any other meds as I don’t take any.

Good luck and hope the treatment works for you

Hi,

I'm on cycle 5 and I've noticed the achy-ness in back has come back after a few hrs standing.  Fine in the morning etc. Can I ask are you similar,  any advice? Bit worried.  Also liver function cam go high so I'm afraid to take painkillers! Thank u 💓

Hello, I’m on palbo. Have been since Dec 2020. You can have a glass of something every so often. I had 2 or 3 last night as I was celebrating and that wasn’t a good idea as I feel awful today and have a busy day ahead. I generally find that I don’t like to drink alcohol as I’m already functioning at say 10% so to add alcohol to the mix doesn’t really help me. You do what feels good for you though.x

Hi

Anyone on these drugs. I'm on cycle 1 and wonder if alchohol is a no no. Do you find side effects increase over time? Are you able to take any non prescribed drugs with it, eg berberine, ashwanghanda, indol 3 carbinol? I have bone mets ribs & sternum. Anyone found that mets have reduced?

Any useful info welcomed
