How long from Chemo to surgery?

I had the same as you. I had my mastectomy about 5 weeks after my last chemo injection and then rads were about 5 weeks after the mastectomy.

I’m currently having chemo which will be followed by a mastectomy and then Rads. I was wondering how long from the date of the final chemo do you have to wait before surgery. Also does anyone know how long after surgery you start rads?
