Shoulder pain when in bed

Hi

I have had mastectomy in 2014, then Surgeon did LD flap and implant op in following year, i had infection around implant and it had to be taken out in 2016, just leaving the LD flap. Recently the Surgeon has done the 1st of 3 lipofilling which obviously i am still lopsided on the mastectomy side.

When i go to sleep i am more comfortable sleeping on belly but i have been waking up in agony and think that because there is nothing much supporting the smaller breast that my shoulder is compensating and rolling in, it then takes a lot of pain killers and a few days to settle down again. I have been trying to sleep on back but find i dont get a good nights sleep. I have also taken to wearing my silicone prosthesis in bed but that is not comfortable either.

I wondered if anyone else has been experiencing this problem and if there is anything i can do further to stop this happening.

I have reached out to my Physio to discuss this but not managed to speak to her as yet.
