I live on the coast so enjoy days out on the beach!
I had a node dissection 3 weeks ago and know not to get sunburnt but could I use a factor 25 sun cream!
I am dark and olive skinned!

Hi Sandra, I’m quite Mediterranean complexioned and my BC nurse recommends factor 50. However, I am going to have radiotherapy which is obviously of some concern. No sunbathing at all with that until hospital say otherwise. Sorry if this isn’t what you were hoping for. X

I did buy factor 50 but not sure whether to cover arm with clothing as well! Panic mode!
I will be having radiotherapy at some point as well with a holiday to Cyprus to follow but I will take hospitals advice!
