Thank you for your message. We have some exercise videos on our website. Perhaps one of these would be helpful: https://www.breastcancercare.org.uk/about-us/news-personal-stories/eight-exercise-videos-help-you-ge...
You could also try posting in the Moving Foward after breast cancer board where some of our Forum users might be able to recommend similar videos or exercises that work for them.
Alternatively, we have lots of information on our website about getting back into exercise after treatment which you or your daughter may find useful:
Walking for Health helps people become more active.
We have tips for keeping active after breast cancer in our free BECCA app.
The We Are Undefeatable website has lots of tips on how to stay active whilst living with a long term health condition.
Or the NHS website has a wide range of information about exercise.
I hope this helps,

I had a great BCC DVD for exercising after breast surgery. It really helped me. It is no longer available and I would love to find it for my daughter who has now also had surgery. Does anyone still have this DVD or know where I might find one?
