CBD oil sold in this country does not contain thc so does not get you high and is therefore legal to buy. As has been mentioned it is a hemp derivative and not marijuana. In some cases your Onco may advise against its use, especially if you are on a clinical trial which may affect the outcome. I have to say I bought some oil from a well known merchandiser and found it made no difference whatsoever to my aches and pains. Cannot be prescribed as there is no medical research to say it works in reducing tumours. However, if it makes you feel better and that’s how you want to spend your money, I say go for it. I think you may be getting mixed up with marijuana & THC JBurgessXXX. CBD is legal in the UK, it mainly comes from hemp and is used mainly for its anti-inflammatory & pain relief properties. It doesn't get you high!
