It does say to be as physically active as your condition allows and to aim for 150 mins a week not day!
I would 100% agree that continuing with logo throughout my active treatment has helped me maintain fitness and given me some control over my body and what it can do.

Hi Wee Bird, sorry to hear you’ve had a tough time, I may be wrong but I’d say it means as and when, and only as much as you can manage during active treatment, would certainly hope so! Hope your next rounds are easier for you, Kate x

After the weekend I've had following my first round of docetaxel, I can't help but think it's all right for the doctors to say that, but when you're at the bottom of your chemo slump, getting out of bed to go to the toilet might be as much exercise as you can reasonably manage and nowhere near 150 minutes a day... but I am sure they are right that exercise is good for everyone in maintaining health!
