Doing really well Cycle 18 Ibrance and Letrazole, last CT scan a few weeks ago showed further remission in my lung mets but recently struggling with acid reflux and didn’t know if it could be a side effect ? Had a gastroscopy late last year that was fine and the CT did not show any problems in the abdomen
wuite stressed at the moment with work issues which probably isn’t helping x

i am on a different treatment plan to you but i also have had horrendous sharp gnawing pain behind my chest bone in the middle ??
guessing it is a nasty side effect and spoke to doctor at my second session last friday.
i was taking Lansoprazole once a day at home but he has prescribed Omeprazole but so far i havent had to take one.
talk yo your chemo nurse and she will see what your dr says.

Ive had acid reflux for years even before secondary diagnosis.
I have Lanzaprosole on prescription and it’s been a miracle for me. I take one capsule in the morning.
