My mum has had bone mets but unfortunately has now spread to the brain. We are all besides ourselves and want mum to have any treatenebt suitable for her which is also her wish. Can anyone please share their guidance or advice who has had this treatment and share your experience with side effects and also the success rate. Mum is in her 70’s with diabetes. She is already taking letrozole. We really appreciate any comment. Many thanks
Hi Mercyful…so sorry to hear about your mum…if you go into the thread titled Xeloda/ Capecitabine you may find words of advice from those in a similar position. This thread is a very well read one with everyone trying to help each other. My cancer is secondary breast cancer spread to my liver.
