I was on Letrozole for 10yrs then when cancer advanced was moved to palbociclib and fulvestrant which I am starting my 30th cycle. I was on 125mg then dropped to 100mg and after a 2mth break am starting on 75mg. The fatigue is relentless along with pain sleeplessness, watery eyes headaches and occasional nausea. I wasn’t going to go back on it but the only way forward is a different chemo. Is there anyone in the same predicament?

It is good to hear you are on your 30th cycle…WOW Palb and Fulvestrant didn’t work for me unfortunately so I was put on Capecitabine chemo tablet and the side effects compared to Palb and Fulvestrant I find a lot worse, although doable so if I was in your position I would stick with Palb and fulvestrant if you can.
