Any one else taking this (or the other one approved in the same class Olaparib?)

I’m the first one to have it at my hospital and there isn’t any information on either Macmillan or BCN, it’s so new.

so far so good on S/e but only taken it a week!! 
be great to hear from anyone else on similar treatment?

primary bc 2009, surgery/ radio/fec 

9 years of tamoxifen

secondary 2018 (diagnosed feb 2019): extensive mets in bones, lymph, chest, abdomen and liver.

_taxol which worked, _then ibrance with fulvestrant which didn’t, then capecitabine, which worked for one cycle only. denosumab throughout 

December 2020 genetic testing showed BRCA Started targeted treatment Talazoparib Jan 21.

Thank you so much for your post. 

I have not heard of the drug you are on but I am sure someone will be along soon who has. It’s great that you’ve highlighted it. I’m HER2+ so doesn’t look like I could have the drug you mention.
