Hi Aileen, I'm sorry you find yourself here, and even sorrier you are feeling so anxious. I think that's quite normal with what you've been through. There's a nice little discussion going on about anxiety and panic attacks on another thread. Perhaps you could pop into that and join in? Some ideas about diet, exercise and using meditation. I think it could be helpful for you to hear what others are experiencing, and doing. You are not alone. X
