Wife had abit of a wobble this week.

Hi everyone,

Haven’t been on here for a while. Wife completed treatment in December. She has slowly been getting back to a new normal. Anyway she had a little panic last week. She could feel like a ridge/lumpy area where lumpectomy was. Right where tumour was removed. Anyway she contacted breast nurse who booked her in with surgeon for checking. Ultrasound confirmed scare tissue. She/we are so glad that’s all it was. It’s only now that the swelling is going down (taking ages) and things obviously change. Her next checked up is now January for ultrasound then June for mammogram. Worry never goes away… But so important to contact nurses if any worries.

Hi Jampot, pleased to hear all ok Having wobbles is all part of the new normal Always best to get everything checked out at any time if any concerns about anything step by step you are both doing amazing :sparkles: :sparkles: Shi
