Holiday During Herceptin & Perjecta?

Hello there… I need to have Herceptin & Perjecta every three weeks for 18 cycles when my 6 chemo cycles finish. Our holiday insurance lapses at the end of Jan and we aren’t going to renew it as when I advise of my cancer dx we might not even get a renewal and also because I will be having the treatments for the rest of the year but now I am wondering if anybody else has gone abroad in between their Herceptin & Perjecta cycles?

I’ve just posted this in the Travel Insurance thread, in this same section. Check out the “Travel Insurance” thread, in the “Living With Secondary Cancer” section.

Someone there had success with BOOTS (of all places) for Travel Insurance. May be well worth looking into, and hope it’s also successful for you too.
