Hi, what do you all do about your travel insurance? I’ve just taken out a new policy and declared my DCIS which pushed the premium up by more that £50 but I have been wondering if I really needed to declare it because I no longer have it, I had the op and raiotherapy 4 years ago so I suppose I’m clear of it now. Just wondering.
I think you were right to tell them. Obviously it depends on their policy wording but f you don’t tell them it may affect your policy if you need to make a claim. Having said that it seems unfair that you had to pay extra when I expect they would exclude anything related to cancer. Enjoy your holiday!
