Hi Hazel, That sounds so similar to my experience of peripheral neuropathy. I started getting it with my first T then it got a lot, lot worse with the second T with numbness, soreness and tingling in fingers, toes, ankle, soles. I feel so pathetic not being able to open blister packs, chop veg, open jars etc and am fed up. I didn't know about keeping my feet moisturised, that's very useful to know, thanks. Tanyette, sorry you are also suffering from peripheral neuropathy too 😞 Flower, No you didn't upset me, sorry if it came across that way. Four miles is good. I'm just frustrated that I've gone from being so able, fit, youthful etc to not being able to do much at all and with all the side effects! Take care allX
