Hi can you tell me what kind of pain you had and how long you had it, my pain happend 3 days after the injections it was so bad couldn’t move was taken into hospital on the Monday had an MRI scan said it was ok Doctor gave me some very good pain killers so not in pain at the moment.

Hi had Densonub ast week had two injections on each buttock, that was on th Thursday, ok Friday Saturday, Sunday in very bad pain on the left,couldn’t get out of bed stand up eventually had to ring the emergency number, spoke to a nurse and told her how I was feeling, she wanted me to be admitted so daughter drove me to hospital they had to get me a wheelchair went into a triage little room with bed and table, doctor arrived after hours of waiting said he wanted me to have a mri scan , had scan in for an hour scan results were ok but the consultant wanted to look more closely on the spine to see if it was compressing he didn’t think it was , they don’t know if it’s because of the Denosumab injections, so he is ringing me today to let me know.

Hi I was diagnosed with bone mets in my spine in Dec 2020, thought I had arthritis and it turned out to be Cancer absolutely devastating. My treatment starts this week, Oral Chemo, Densonub and some other drugs, can anyone tell if they have been put on Oral chemo and did they have many side effects. Thanks

Great new Anita they found it early, such good news for you, I've had Rads sailed through it no problem, and take a Letrozol no side effects, take it at night and drink lots of water. 🍀

Hi all, have had all of my treatment and am sort of ok now, when I saw my Oncologist she put me for gene testing as my daughter had it as well 2 year's ago, she said you have got it so you should have the test, my daughter had ductal and I had Lobular grade 2, got a letter from Hostpital to say I don't fit there criteria for testing, my sister had breast cancer at 48 and a few aunt's have it, don't really understand it I am 72 so perhap's it's my age, they said if my daughter had triple negative she could have the test but she didn't her's was found very early thank god, has anyone on here been refused gene testing or do you know how many family member's have to be affected.

Hi Shyam the hostpital usually give you cream but a lot of ladies use E45 with success, good luck with your Rads I am on number 10 today it's ok, going every day is more trouble than the actual treatment, put cream on twice a day and drink 2 Ltrs of water and keep busy. 🍀

Hi all started Rads on 24th August so into September now, going for my 9th treatment today so far found it ok but feeling a bit tired now, my skin is ok actually it's better than before I started treatment, I have religiously put the cream on twice a day and had 2ltrs of water a day as well as my other drinks, I find the water thing hard at times but do manage to do it, the cream is called Aqua Max it's brilliant helped me so far, 6 Rads after this one finish next Thursday Yipee.

Hi all, had first Radiotheraphy today all ok it wasn't at all bad just the breathing thing holding my breath for. 20 seconds did about 5 at intervals through the treatment managed it ok, 14 more to go.

Hi start my Radiotheraphy on the 24 August 15 treatments, boosts are added in the radiotheraphy , be a bit tireing every day but think I can cope with anything now, can't wait to ring that bell.

Hi been on Letrozol for a week mine are Dr Reddys also we will have to see how it goes, some people have bad symptoms and other's are ok with it, I take mine at night one of the ladies on here said it's better don't really want to take it but if it's going to keep cancer from coming back think I will try to persevere.
