Hi lynda you poor thing have you got some domperidone they are an anti-sick tablet they mite ease that problem for you speak to your onc they may be able to give you a different one if they are not working please dont give up yet it will improve over the days you have a lot to live for your surportive family for one you can also get some lactilose med for the constipation as for the sore mouth have you got some mouthwash from the hospital i felt the same as you and im sure a lot of us felt like throughing the towel in just hang on in there its realy worth a try what have you got to loose i found sleeping got me over the worst days i did 6 months of chemo and beleive me it wasnt easy but it is worht it in the end trust me on that ... Im sure your periods will return give your body time to recover my onc said it took me 6 months for my treatment on chemo and it will take 6 months for it to get out of my system im not sure how the testing goes as i havnt had any im 44 my periods stopped 1st april last year you are still young so i wudnt worry to much about it they will return when they ready take care ... Hi hatty good to see your programme is working (only joking) i was told that weight gain was good during chemo i put mine down to steroids as when i look back i probably ate less i maintained 3 stone have lost 1 half now treatment has stopped started doin a bit of excercise now hoping the rest will go try not to worry to much on your weight focus on getting well first you can only deal with one problem at a time ... Hi sara got some nice bras in tyrers nice lacy ones you dont have to have post surgery bras u can select from others as long as they have a full cup i take my bras to burley breast at the hospital and they get pockets sewn in for you hope this helps ... View more

My periods stopped in april last year im 44 during my chemo my hot flushes started then still goin on now driving me mad im also taking tamoxfen and have been for 4 months i find im very thirsty what brand are you taking mine is wockardt ... View more

I finished chemo back end of august ive been using hairfood its on a mission now started to use it when it first started to grow was still doin chemo at the time took it to my onc before i started to use it he said had all the right ingredients and would be ok to use hope this helps ... View more

had very sore feet during my 4 sessions of tax i put it down to the drug when my treatment finished my feet was just the same found i was dragging my feet and not lifting them went back to my gp was diasnosed with planter filetious (policemans foot) they say it can go as quick as it cums very painful still waiting for it to go was told to take anti-inflamtorys to releive the pain hope this helps ...
