Lois, you are not bothering anyone and you are being very helpful ! You can join in anytime you want to, sometimes we have adventures, murder mysteries, olympics and pantos, we wear our tiaras, knee high tights, flashing light shoes and we dance around our handbags. We have lots of benches that you can sit on and if you can't find an appropriate one that suits you, you just make a new one up ! We are all a bit excited about our MU, because we have just been virtually here for each other, so will be nice to meet in the "flesh". On the "CBA" bench today, slept badly last night, oh my what about all that thunder and lightening, went on for ages last night and torrential rain, WOW!! Sunny and sticky here today! Not too fond of the custard filling that's why the choc one is sooooooooo good, though love "camel" topping ! Will bring scones for Jane's jam, yum ! Had a look at the knitting patterns, really loved one of the scarfs but couldn't make head nor tail of the instructions?? The mug wraps are gorgeous ! Was thinking of wearing a casual dress for MMU afternoon tea, not sure cause was going to wear tights but may look a bit odd with the plaster cast, will have a look for leggings, makes me laugh cause no matter what am wearing will still be a "mess" between my (constant hanger on) Lynn, foot, crutches, etc......................but I WILL be there, woo hoo and can still smile at the thought!! Booked assistance for all train journeys so me and the RevCat will be spoiled hopefully ! Did Have a huge burger last night, coleslaw, chips salad, the works soooooooooo tasty ! Don't have them that often usually when I go out for lunch, can't resist them as RevCat will testify !! Eat so much pasta that a burger is a treat! Mmmmmmm hard work indeed FF thought you would have also been off for school holidays, not the whole time, do you have helpers? well impressed that you have a pool! JCJ wonderful swim last night, you were underwater for such a while, thought I was going to have to throw my crutches to the side but there, you popped up with your "costa lookalike" bobble hat, well done ! Whew, it's very hot ! Had to open the bedroom windows last night, that is a first, just usually keep the vents open cause am in a ground floor flat, can't believe how wonderful it is to look out and see blue skies, simply gorgeous. Am wearing shoes (well, one shoe) that I haven't been able to wear for well over a year sooooooooo exciting, do love shoes.........as well as choc doughnuts ! FF this weather is not good for your job when do you finish? Am on the "stumped" Bench, hope it's the painkillers that are dulling my senses and brain power.................... Have had to wear a BELT with my trousers, scared to say too much in case I jinx weight issues, am around 5lbs away from my original weight before and slighty after the "ta poxy fen" swallowing. Couple of months ago I was the heaviest I have ever been in my life, is this "ta poxy fen" settling in my system? Oh gee whizz, my brain will not function, anagrams???????? Will try my best ! May just troop over to the "can't figure it out" bench.................. Shoe on for next 4 weeks, then plaster comes off not sure what happens thereafter have to wait for consultant appointment, there was a bit of an issue yesterday between con and nurse, he said she was not to touch my foot and wait 6 weeks before removing stitches, there was a stand off and nurse won, she said it would have been horrific if I had to wait for that length of time WHEW!! Just gone a little cloudy but very hot here, may have a little trip later, see how it goes.......... Doughnuts?
