Figleaf also do big bras, I am a 32F and it's a nightmare finding a bra. Also got lymphodoema in the right breast. Saw the nurse today who recommended exercises and a sleep bra for support. I am slim too and would love breast reduction surgery. What good are big breasts anyway?mine were useless for breast feeding and gave me cancer so I've really gone off them. Been reading too that slim women with big boobs above DD are at bigger risk of cancer probably due to the high levels of hormones this implies. I have tried hypnotherapy at my local CancerCare who are brilliant. I'm now onto the Alexander Technique though I fainted yesterday so didn't learn much !   I agree it's a nightmare accessing any mental health care - the waiting list where I live is 30 weeks.   Instead, there are some good apps on Google Play for mental health if you key in cbt/depression.   I've finished treatment but still feel like  a sick tired patient even though I'm back at work part time. I know what you mean. I finished rads today and bounced in the door, only to find him looking glum which annoyed me so much I flounced upstairs. Now I feel strangely flat, unsure of how to adjust without the daily trek to hospital. It's hard to talk about as people assume now treatment is over, that's it. ... View more

I have had 14 out of 15 treatments so far and am so glad I haven't had to work through them. The tiredness is unpredictable and I have suddenly had to take to my bed without warning. Today I had to sit down on the floor of the changing rooms in New Look while teenager no 2 spent ages trying stuff on. The assistant was quite worried about me! Sharnie I also finish on 19th August though I'm only having 15 sessions so only had 3 so far. Interesting that you say the tiredness kicks in after 10. I am trying to get stuff done now in the expectation that I'll be flaked out in a week or so. I've been religiously applying cream twice a day and doing arm exercises so my arm does not stiffen up with the rads. I had cording after surgery and have been seeing the physio who gave me a rope pulley to exercise with at home so I'm using that. Helsfairy what rotten luck. I am being treated for lobular too and it is worrying that it doesn't always show up on mammograms. I can't believe they missed it til entirely. Mine was a hard node which I could feel even before having a mammogram, though the Dr said I could only feel it because I had lost so much weight recently. You must feel cheated and very angry. I too have daughters aged 13 and 16 and telling them is another trauma. You will get through this though. Starting treatment made me feel like I was getting somewhere.
