Had my last of 15 yesterday horrah and I must admit I did feel a bit tearful been really lucky just some blistering and tiredness but otherwise ok, I had a lovely makeup session with the look good feel better team at the Marsden what a lovely experience and also an amazing goody bag to take home. Had 13th yesterday feeling painful and sore also have some blisters but only 2 to go so can only get better they said it is normal for where I am last day Monday having look good feel good session before should get some good tips on makeup etc, there is a horse running at Epsom today called Fireglow got to have a bet if only for a laugh. Had my 9th rad on Friday half way through now but have started to feel really sick was told to eat little and often try rice cakes uck I would be sick, worse day so far was Thursday I felt awful bit better now is anyone else suffering with nausea glad I am only working four days a week. Morning    I am not taking calcium tablets as not had the results of the bone density scan yet got to wait until the 4th July I am just taking Letrozole, I mentioned the pain yesterday and was told they think I may have an infection so will keep an eye on it asked if I have always been this pink I said only since you started zapping me I am sure it is effecting my brain as well, have a good day everyone x ... Hi Charys, thank you I am trying not to let it get to me but I am also having stabbing pains but didn't want to mention it to anyone bit afraid I suppose I have also been told that (not by the hospital) that I should have visited the dentist before I started treatment that is a new one maybe it is if you are only taking calcium tablets I may ask today xx ... Hi everyone hope you are all getting on ok.   Having my 6th today and am glad to say I have no burning or redness I have had to buy bra extensions as it does not matter what bra I wear it really cuts into me they are wonderful I should have bought them at the beginning I am starting to ache a bit now not sure if it is the treatment is anyone else getting aching joints. ... Hi jky Yes the breathing is to do with protecting the heart as it is left breast that is having rads I have to take two shallow breaths and then one deep breath and hold for 20 secs whilst they zap two each side of breast feel like my rib will snap still so long as it protects my heart I will have to get on with it must stop moaning x ... Had first rad session today I was so worried it was a bit scary with all the machinery I have loads of pen marks told not to scrub them off a bit red and hot when I got out but moistened as soon as I got home and it has calmed down now only 14 to go and I got free parking for rest of treatment xx ...
