Hi, I've switched from Tamoxifen to Letrazole and am coming towards the end of my first packet, but have noticed that I feel dizzy in the last couple of days, it's a bit like sea sickness, and last night I felt like the room was spinning when I went to bed.  Is this normal, will it pass?  I was really lucky and didn't suffer any symptoms with tamoxifen, other than the standard hot flushes.  Thanks x ... Hi I was diagnosed at the end of May, wle & snb in June followed by mx on 5th July. Like you I worked until the day before my first op. Before this I couldn't imagine being off work but although as you say we look well I think it takes time to take it all in. I'm currently 6/15 of radiotherapy and decided I would stay off until it is all finished. I still feel like I'm living in a parallel universe sand none of this has actually happened to me, not sure how long that feeling will last. So I haven't really answered your question just rambled on but I think you have to take as long as you need and not feel guilty about it, it's a lot yo take in. Take care x ... View more

That sounds similar to me, my oncotype score was 20 so no chemo. Initially told 19mm area so had wle, not enough margins as was actually 70mm, so mastectomy on 5th July. Had my 6th radio today, seems ok, scar looks like it's getting redder but that could be in my head! Can't sleep, heat/tamoxifen/menopause who knows! ... View more
